Embodied Writing: Breaking New Ground Through Movement

November 18 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

- Free - $65

Imagine tapping into all of yourself when you write. Your body is part of your process. Discover the difference it makes to your work when you include subtle movements based on The Feldenkrais Method. Get past the chattering brain and into deeper mind. We’ll be sitting and standing, so wear comfortable clothes, and slip-on shoes if you wish. We’ll open by writing—with prompts or your own idea. By the time we return to writing at the end, you’ll experience the changes these subtle movements can bring to your thinking and writing.
