The Heart of What Matters: Discovering the Joy and Promise of a Daily Journal Practice

February 20, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

- $55 – $65

There’s no better method for self-discovery than the intentional practice of keeping a daily journal. Indeed, many of us don’t even know what’s in our hearts until we sit down with paper and pen to write. In this class, we’ll discuss myriad reasons and methods for recording our days, thoughts, dreams, hopes, insights, loves, losses, gratitudes, and miseries. We’ll also engage in a variety of writing prompts that allow us to see new possibilities for starting or enlivening our journal practices.
