This experiential class will introduce a powerful practice called expressive writing, which is clinically proven to improve health, mood and wellbeing. In each of our three class meetings, we’ll engage in discussion and writing exercises that focus on improving health and help us to create habits that lead toward psychological-spiritual wholeness. We’ll continue these practices between classes, with the goal of writing expressively each day for 15-20 minutes. We’ll share our experience of writing––not the writing itself––and explore the barriers to writing about difficult memories. Note: This class meets 3 Tuesdays, March 5, 12, & 19.
