Fall 2020 System Conversion Issues – Help Page

Our system is on a new platform. You might have issues. Which of these cases describes you?


CASE 1. You have an account here.

This is you if you’ve ever registered for anything or purchased a class or membership. (If you are only on our email list but have never registered, this is not you; see below.) Please follow these steps to get a new username and password.

1. Go here: https://charlottelit.z2systems.com/np/clients/charlottelit/requestPassword.jsp
2. Enter the email address you used on our site and click “Send Recovery Email.”
3. In the email you receive, click the link.
4. Your browser opens to a reset page. Enter a new username (can be your email, but doesn’t have to be) and a new password. Click “Submit.”


CASE 2. You don’t have an account here.

Right now you don’t have to do anything. You will set up your account the first time you register for a class or purchase a membership.


CASE 3. You don’t have access to the email address you used here.

You can create a new account with your new address when you next register or join, OR if you have a current membership and need access to your member benefits, email staff@charlottelit.org.


CASE 4: YOU AREN’T A MEMBER YET BUT WANT THE MEMBER DISCOUNTS:

Become a member first (here) and complete the checkout process; then go back in and register.


CASE 5: YOU THIINK YOU HAVE CREDITS LEFTOVER FROM PRIOR YEARS:

Watch your email for a new coupon code, or if you can’t wait, email staff@charlottelit.org and we’ll expedite it.
