System Conversion Issues – Help Page
Our system is on a new platform. You might have issues. Which of these cases describes you?
CASE 1. You have an account here.
This is you if you’ve ever registered for anything or purchased a class or membership. (If you are only on our email list but have never registered, this is not you; see below.) Please follow these steps to get a new username and password.
1. Go here: https://charlottelit.z2systems.com/np/clients/charlottelit/requestPassword.jsp
2. Enter the email address you used on our site and click “Send Recovery Email.”
3. In the email you receive, click the link.
4. Your browser opens to a reset page. Enter a new username (can be your email, but doesn’t have to be) and a new password. Click “Submit.”
CASE 2. You don’t have an account here.
CASE 3. You don’t have access to the email address you used here.
You can create a new account with your new address when you next register or join, OR if you have a current membership and need access to your member benefits, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
CASE 4: YOU AREN’T A MEMBER YET BUT WANT THE MEMBER DISCOUNTS:
Become a member first (here) and complete the checkout process; then go back in and register.
CASE 5: YOU THIINK YOU HAVE CREDITS LEFTOVER FROM PRIOR YEARS:
Watch your email for a new coupon code, or if you can’t wait, email email@example.com and we’ll expedite it.
