Renew or Join the Literary Arts Community at Charlotte Lit

Charlotte Lit is a member-supported nonprofit—we can serve this community only with your support. We have five membership levels, and you can join either annually or monthly. To check your membership status or ask us a question, email admin@charlottelit.org.

Membership Options

  • GENERAL MEMBERSHIP
  • $75 per year or $7 per month
  • General Members receive member pricing for workshops (savings of 10% or more), free admission to our lit arts events (readings, socials, discussions, and more), discounts (20% off Scrivener writing software, and 40% off Freedom distraction blocker), and access to Open Studio writing time in Studio Two.
  • SUPPORTING MEMBERSHIP
  • $250 per year or $21 per month
  • Supporting Members receive all Family Member benefits, plus studio rental at special member rates, and one ticket to Charlotte Lit’s next annual birthday celebration (usually in February or March).
  • MCCULLERS SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP
  • $500 per year or $42 per month
  • McCullers Society Members receive all other member benefits, plus a three-hour editorial consultation, recognition at charlottelit.org, and two tickets to Charlotte Lit’s next annual birthday celebration (usually in February or March),
  • FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
  • $100 per year or $9 per month
  • Family Membership is a General Membership that extends the benefits to all members of your household.
  • STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
  • $25 per year
  • Student Membership is a General Membership for full- and part-time college and high school students.
